Investment offerings
Six routes into the Buttarflai group — five project vehicles and a direct equity round. Each project is sold in fixed units; returns are a defined share of Gross Gaming Revenue, paid in Naira.
How unit investing works here
- Pick a vehicle. Project SPVs run 2–5 years; Gamefy Studios and Buttarflai Equity are equity positions.
- Buy whole units. Units are indivisible — the price per unit is fixed at the raise, so a 25-unit raise has exactly 25 owners' slots.
- Earn from GGR. Returns are a percentage of Gross Gaming Revenue, distributed pro-rata across the units in that vehicle and paid out in Naira.
- Exit through the marketplace. Request a refund at your original cost, or set your own asking price and sell your units to another investor.

How this marketplace works
This marketplace operates under your subscription agreement. As a unit holder you have two exit routes:- Request a refund — list your units at your original investment value. Another party can take them over at that agreed price.
- Sell your units — set your own asking price and negotiate directly with a buyer.
Important: units are indivisible. A buyer must take the whole unit — part-units cannot be transferred under the agreement. Every transfer needs Buttarflai's approval before it completes.
